We do not accept any return, exchange or refund unless it is a defect found on our products. If so, please do not hesitate to contact us at vintageglory22@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you. Please attach a picture of the defect in your email.
Our posts are stainless steel (hypoallergenic) and work with most ears but might not be suitable for people who can only wear pure gold or sterling silver. We are not responsible for natural reactions, please only buy if you know stainless is a good fit for you!
