Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME
Orders take 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday) before they ship; however, we will do our best to send out your order as soon as possible. We always treat orders with the EXPRESS shipping upgrade first, so please select that option if you are in a rush. Canada Post's delivery standards are then 1–3 business days or 1–2 business days for Express.
MAILING SERVICE AND INSURANCE
Note that every order comes with tracking and insurance for up to $100 in case your parcel gets lost. Please get in touch if you suspect your parcel is lost. Although very rare, it can still happen. We ask that you wait a total of 10 business days before we officially declare the items as lost. We will investigate in the meantime, and more often than not, the parcel will show up at your door. We will provide you with a refund of up to $100 once Canada Post has declared the items lost and has refunded your order.

PICK UP IN STORE
We have two pick-up points you can choose from at checkout (both located in Kitschà L'os Gift Stores):
32 Rue Le Moyne O, Longueuil, QC J4H 1V3 or
3439 Rue Hochelaga, Montréal, QC H1W 1H4.
Because of logistical factors, the transfer of your order to the store will take about 4–5 days after we have received it.
